"Well i purchased a 1198 (white) from eximport and was very satisfied with the sales and service. Their customer service is top notch and they will take care of you. Just when they get busy THEY GET BUSY. So it take a bit for a reply sometimes. Financeing is good but i was able to find better else where once i knew i was qualified. They have a incredible selection of parts for ducati, but like any dealer it is a bit pricey. So you may be able to find it cheaper else where. But as far as getting the bike for me. The guys were great we were waiting for a truck shipment for a white 1198 and it never came so the dealer actually went and bought a 1198 from another shop just so they didnt lose a customer. Now if you ask me thats commitment."

"This is my first superbike and i'm having a blast on it.Ivan hernandez was very knowledgeable when it came to ducati and helped me get the most for my trade in.Gustavo peralta in parts and accesories gave me a great deal on my puma 1000 ducati boots to go with the bike.The dealership itself has a european atmosphere to it with cool music always playing in the background. i have recomended eximport to everyone."

"Mark C showed me the machine and two days later, Allen was there to sell it to me. (I bought the 2002 CapoNord) The purchasing discussions were seamless - it was like continuing the same conversation with the same guy. "I came in on a weekend didn't know what kind of bike i would want so a great sales person named Brett help me to choose one came in later that day before closing and left with 30 minutes with the help of Carlos.The best part of my experince is having not knowing how to ride Brett drove it home for me and stay until I grasped as much as I could."
